UrbanShine provides house cleaning across Auckland for homes that need regular maintenance, a one-off clean or a more detailed reset. The residential estimate flow gives you a clear starting price before you submit the enquiry, then we review the details before the booking is confirmed.
The service is designed to keep the process straightforward: choose the type of clean, build the room summary, reveal the estimate and send the date and contact details when you are ready.
How the residential estimate works
- Start your residential estimate. Select Residential, build your room summary and use the notes field to tell us whether you need regular home cleaning or a residential deep clean.
- Build the room summary. Add the rooms that apply to your home and reveal the starting estimate.
- Submit the enquiry. Add your suburb, preferred date and contact details. UrbanShine aims to respond the same business day.
- We confirm the scope. Final pricing depends on home size, condition and cleaning scope.
Regular home cleaning — from $99
Regular cleaning is for recurring or one-off residential maintenance. The current checklist includes:
- Dust all accessible surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop hard floors
- Wipe kitchen countertops and surfaces
- Clean sinks, toilets and bathroom fixtures
- Clean mirrors
- Empty rubbish bins
- Make beds, with fresh linens left out
- General tidying of living spaces
Residential deep clean — from $169
A deep clean includes everything in the standard clean, plus more detailed work such as bathroom tile grout, skirting boards, doors and frames, accessible interior windows, blinds, vents and window tracks, high-touch surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, built-up grease and grime, and cleaning around accessible furniture and household items. Oven and fridge interior cleaning, wall spot cleaning and wall washing are available separately as optional add-ons.
Pet- and toddler-conscious cleaning
For homes with pets or young children, the existing UrbanShine approach remains the same: thoughtful attention to the spaces families use most, residue-conscious methods and avoiding aerosol sprays wherever suitable.
